Rohan Agnew is a Partner in O’Loughlins Lawyers’ Corporate & Commercial and Insolvency and Reconstruction Groups.

Rohan joined O'Loughlins Lawyers in April 2007, having previously worked for firms in Adelaide and Scotland and as an insolvency practitioner for Deloitte in Adelaide and Darwin.

Rohan has considerable experience acting for trustees in bankruptcy, administrators and liquidators, company directors, creditors and debtors in relation to insolvency matters. He is also experienced in advising on, and documenting, a broad range of business transactions.
