Senior Associate / Jennifer Brook

Jennifer Brook is a Senior Associate in O’Loughlins Lawyers’ Litigation and Insolvency and Reconstruction Groups.

Jennifer joined O'Loughlins Lawyers in 2008 having previously worked in general practice as a law clerk for over 4 years, where she dealt with a range of matters with a focus on civil litigation, commercial transactions and building and construction matters.

Jennifer currently works primarily in the litigation field with a focus on insolvency. She has experience advising a wide range of clients, and assisting senior and junior counsel in summary judgment applications, mediations and trials in all State jurisdictions as well as appearing personally in all jurisdictions. She has represented clients in negotiations, settlement conferences and mediations held both in Adelaide and interstate.
