Senior Associate / Samuel Black

Samuel Black is a Senior Associate in O’Loughlins Lawyers’ Litigation and Insolvency and Reconstruction Groups.

Samuel commenced at O'Loughlins Lawyers in April 2007 after being admitted to practice in March 2007.

Samuel has experience in dealing with a range of commercial disputes including estate disputes and building and construction disputes.  He has appeared in all court jurisdictions at interlocutory hearings as well as mediations and settlement conferences on behalf of clients. He has also acted for trustees in bankruptcy, liquidators and administrators of corporations, directors, creditors and debtors in both corporate and person insolvency circumstances.
