Arabella Branson joined O’Loughlins Lawyers in 2000, after graduating from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted to practice in 2001 , appointed a Senior Associate in July 2004 and joined the partnership in July 2007.

She specialises in non-litigious commercial law, particularly in relation to advising on, documenting and negotiating business sales, acquisitions and restructures.  Arabella has extensive experience in drafting a broad range of other commercial documents including partnership agreements, leases, franchise agreements and trust documentation.  A significant amount of Arabella’s work involves assisting and working with accountants and their clients to facilitate commercial transactions, particularly in relation to their pharmacy businesses.     

Arabella is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and the Taxation Institute of Australia.
