Angela joined O’Loughlins Lawyers in 2002, having many years experience as a para-legal specialising in company matters.

Angela has acted for large corporate entities in structuring for company floats, admission of new partners and other corporate transactions.  She has provided corporate compliance support to an extensive range of corporate clients including accounting firms and publicly listed companies.

She works closely with senior members of the corporate, tax and estate planning areas of the firm to ensure that large and complex transactions in the areas of corporate governance and compliance are handled in a timely and cost effective manner.  Her practice also includes the constantly changing area of superannuation law.
