Chanel Brown joined O’Loughlins Lawyers in April 2007 after graduating from Bond University in February 2007 with a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Chanel’s experience includes assisting senior lawyers with capital raisings (initial public offerings), prospectus due diligence, Corporation Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance, acquisition and disposal of businesses, documenting a variety of business activities, farm-in and joint venture agreements and mining law.

Chanel is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.

Chanel is admitted to the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and South Australia.
