Carly Fisher completed a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice in 2003 and a Bachelor of International Studies in 2007 at Flinders University. Carly was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2003 and commenced employment with O’Loughlins in December 2007. Prior to joining O’Loughlins Lawyers, Carly spent 3 years in general practice where she dealt with a range of matters, with a focus on commercial transactions and estate planning and administration.

Carly’s transactional experience includes business sales and acquisitions, partnership structuring and advice, property subdivisions, encroachments, easements and leasing and she has advisory experience in relation to a wide range of commercial activity including finance guarantees, and employment agreements.

Carly practises principally in all areas of estate planning and administration including wills, business succession, trusts and other matters such as special disability and protective trusts, probate and estate administration, informal wills, and retirement advice.
