Kym was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor
of the Supreme Court of South Australia in 1997, a practitioner
of the High Court of Australia in 1998 and was appointed
to partnership at the commencement of 2005.
Kym is a member of the Law Societies of
South Australia and New South Wales and the Insolvency
Practitioners Association of Australia. In addition,
he is a Committee member of the Law Society of South
Australias Insolvency and Reconstruction Law Committee.
Further, he is a member of the Banking and Financial
Services Law Association.
With his specialist experience in insolvency
matters, he has advised a wide range of parties as both
solicitor and counsel, including trustees in bankruptcy,
administrators and liquidators, company directors, creditors
and debtors. Further, he has also advised in numerous
commercial tenancy, employment and commercial disputes.
Finally, Kym has a keen interest in all
things cricket and is a member of the Adelaide Turf
Cricket Associations disciplinary committee, whilst
also continuing to play for Old Scotch Cricket Association
and serves on the Scotch Old Scholars Association Committee.
