Larry joined O’Loughlins Lawyers in 1995, having been a partner of Minter Ellison Baker O’Loughlin prior to that time. He is a member of the SA Corporations Law Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, a member of the Law Society of South Australia and past State Chairman of the SA Division of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Larry is the Deputy Chair of the Burnside Hospital, a life member and past President of Wanslea Children’s Home and past Deputy Chair of St Ignatius College Foundation Inc.

Larry has had extensive experience in corporate and commercial law matters, including IPO and other capital raisings, takeover matters, merger by court approved scheme of arrangement, numerous business acquisitions and disposals, mergers of co-operatives and conversion of co-operatives to public companies, and acted for the State Government in respect of substantial and complex matters.
