Linley Schultz joined O’Loughlins Lawyers in 1994.  She holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of South Australia and was the recipient of the Australian Property Institute Gary Lindblom Memorial Award for the highest grade point average over the three years of the Bachelor of Business (Property) Program.

Linley is experienced in the preparation of contracts, forms and other documents required under the Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) Act and the Real Property Act. She has a comprehensive understanding of residential conveyancing and stamp duty issues and is also experienced in commercial and rural conveyancing, business sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, land divisions, easements, community titles and mortgages.
