Rohan Agnew graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2000, was admitted to practice in 2001 and obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Edinburgh in 2006.
Rohan joined O’Loughlins Lawyers in May 2007 having previously worked in commercial law firms both in South Australia and Scotland and as an insolvency practitioner for Deloitte in South Australia and the Northern Territory. Rohan was appointed as a Senior Associate in 2008
Rohan specialises in non-litigious commercial law, particularly in relation to business and share sales (including due diligence), franchising and the licensing of intellectual property. Rohan also works with accountants and their clients to facilitate commercial transactions and to assist in the establishment of partnerships, trusts, joint venture and shareholder arrangements. Rohan also has extensive experience in advising insolvency practitioners and won the IPAA prize for being the top ranked student nationally in the Insolvency Education Program in 2004.
Rohan is a member of the Law Society of South Australia, the Insolvency Practioners Association of Australia and the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand. He is also a member of the Blackwood Golf Club.
