Richard O’Dea was admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of South Australia in 1997 and admitted as a practitioner of the High Court of Australia in 1998.

Richard is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia, the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand and the Banking and Financial Services Law Association. He is also an active member of the South Australian Cricket Club, the Norwood Football Club and the Riverside Rowing Club.

Richard is a partner in the commercial disputes section of the firm with experience in complex litigation he has specialist expertise in intellectual property and insolvency matters.
