Simon has been practising law since
1975 and is admitted to the Supreme Court in South Australia
and New South Wales. He also holds accounting qualifications
and is a former State Chairman of the Taxation Institute
of Australia. Simon is the founding partner of OLoughlins
Lawyers and prior to establishing the firm was a partner
of OLoughlin Robertson and then Minter Ellison
Baker O'Loughlin. Simon holds memberships with the Law
Society of South Australia and the Law Council of Australia
and is a board member of Save the Children Fund Inc
(SA Division) and St Ignatius College Foundation Inc.
He also holds several public company directorships.
