Sarah joined O’Loughlins Lawyers in 2006 after graduating from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in June 2006.
Sarah’s corporate experience includes capital raisings (initial public offerings, rights issues and placements), prospectus due diligence, capital reduction, option plans, escrow agreements and providing advice on Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance. She has also drafted numerous Solicitor’s Reports on Tenements for mining companies for inclusion in prospectuses.
Sarah has commercial experience in documenting a variety of business activities, including farm-in and joint venture agreements, share sale and purchase agreements, employment and contractor agreements, deeds of access and indemnity and distributor agreements.
She is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
