Bill has been practising law since 1987 and joined O’Loughlins Lawyers in 1994, becoming a partner in 1996. Bill is a member of the Law Society of South Australia, the Taxation Institute of Australia and the Property Council of Australia, where he has served as a Committee member. Bill has acted in the sale and purchase of large retail shopping centres and other significant property transactions. He also regularly provides advice in relation to major infrastructure projects in the electricity industry, water resources and other fields.
