Hamish Archibald

Hamish Archibald | Partner

Hamish has a broad range of experience across Commercial and Property law in industries including health, aged care, retirement living, logistics, property development and leasing.

He assists a number of not-for-profits and sporting clubs particularly in respect of governance and structuring.

Hamish also works with our Wills, Advanced Care Directives & Succession Planning team advising on wills and succession planning particularly with family owned businesses.

Hamish is President of the Scotch College Old Collegians’ Association.

Tamara Ludlow

Tamara Ludlow | Senior Conveyancer

Tamara is an experienced Registered Conveyancer, with extensive knowledge in all areas of commercial and residential conveyancing.

She has a particular focus on:

• preparation of Form 1 vendor statements and real estate contracts for residential, rural and commercial properties;
• co-ordinating all aspects of property settlements (both electronic and paper);
• preparing and coordinating land division and community division applications;
• acting for mortgagees including preparation of sales documentation and settlements;
• preparing Due Diligence Reports; and
• preparation of Lands Titles Office documentation including land division and easement documentation.

Tamara is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (SA Division) Inc.

Clare O’Mahoney

Clare O’Mahoney | Associate

Clare advises and assists on various commercial and property matters including preparing and reviewing contracts, business and shares, commercial leases, property sales, establishing trusts and incorporating companies. She also has a strong interest in Intellectual Property law.

Clare is a member of the Law Society's Commercial Law Committee and the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand Inc. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Adelaide.

Alf Macolino

Alf Macolino | Consultant

Alf has practised law since 1978.

His wide experience extends to advising clients in relation to retirement village and aged care developments and their management, community housing, disability housing, property development, commercial and business transactions, commercial leasing, succession planning and deceased estates.

Alf regularly organises assistance for Italian Australians with legal issues in Italy through his association with Fabio Panarese, an Italian lawyer in Milan.

Alf is a Notary Public, and performs a wide range of notarial services.
