help

Town Agent Services

O’Loughlins Lawyers is a proud South Australian firm with a strong presence in the local legal community.

We regularly accept briefs from regional, interstate and international law firms and debt collection agencies to act on their behalf within the South Australian jurisdiction.

Our extensive local litigation experience enables us to also provide strategic, procedural or substantive dispute resolution and litigation advice that is unique to our jurisdiction, in addition to standard agent services.

Furthermore, our local knowledge of the South Australian LTO enables us to deal with any State specific property matters, and lodgements.

If you have any queries regarding our agency services, or are seeking local jurisdictional advice generally, please contact Mr Sam Black or Ms Ellen McGettigan on (08) 8111 4000.
