Rebecca specialises in health and aged care, retirement living and property law. She advises on a broad range of issues aﬀecting the health, aged care and retirement living sectors, from mergers and acquisitions through to regulatory advice
Rebecca has worked in Adelaide and interstate at an international law firm. Her expertise has been recognised by her peers through her inclusion in Best Lawyers in Australia for the practice area of Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law since 2012 and she was named Best Lawyers ‘Lawyer of the Year’ Adelaide for that practice area for 2013. She is also listed in Best Lawyers in Australia for Real Property Law.
Most recently, Rebecca was recognised as a ‘Preeminent’ Health & Aged Care Lawyer in Doyles Guide’s Leading Health & Aged Care Lawyers - South Australia 2017 list and is also recognised in Doyles Guide’s Leading Health & Aged Care Lawyers – Australia list.
Rebecca has provided extensive training to the aged care sector, as well as the retirement living sector and other industry groups, on the Living Longer Living Better changes to the Aged Care Act, including the recent changes to the regulation of home care.
